Marge · Privacy policy

Your accounts stay separate.

Prepared October 27, 2026. This policy describes Marge’s private, owner-operated Google connections and the intended rules for its read-only assistant features. Marge is currently inactive.

Who operates Marge

Jimmy Chae operates Marge for his own business and personal use. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to jimmy@my-brm.com.

Information accessed

With explicit Google consent, Marge can read email messages and settings, calendar lists and calendar events. Email content may include senders, recipients, subjects, message text and attachment metadata. Calendar content may include titles, times, locations, attendees and descriptions. Attachment downloading is not part of the current reader.

Authentication setup reads the account’s identity and primary-calendar mapping and stores an OAuth refresh credential. Current setup does not automatically ingest mailbox or event content. The separate reader, when authorized for use, requests bounded batches of inbox messages and primary-calendar events.

Purpose and account separation

Google data is used only to provide the owner’s requested email organization, drafts, calendar proposals and briefs. Credentials and account bindings are separate for each connection. Content from one account must not be included in another account’s draft or model context. Email and event text are treated as untrusted source material, not authorization to take actions.

Storage and access

Server credentials are stored in separate root-restricted files on the owner’s Ubuntu server. Drafts and review records may be stored in owner-controlled application storage when those features are enabled. This public website does not display account data or credentials. Authentication checks do not retain access tokens in their reports.

Sharing and AI processing

Google provides the connected account services. Marge does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Current model evaluation uses synthetic data. Processing real Google content with a model or any additional provider requires a separately reviewed configuration and owner authorization; no external model transfer is enabled by the present setup.

Human access is limited to the owner and assistance he explicitly authorizes for support or security. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Retention and deletion

Authorization credentials are retained while the owner keeps a connection configured. Revoking Google access stops future authorized reads but does not itself delete locally stored credentials, drafts or review records. The owner can request removal of a connection and associated stored data through the contact above. Deletion must also account for any backups and records required to be retained; no automatic retention period or instant backup deletion is promised.

Your controls

You can revoke Marge’s access in Google Account connections. The current grants are read-only. Marge cannot send email or modify calendar events through these permissions. Draft review does not activate sending or booking.

Google API use

Marge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This website and changes

The Marge information content does not collect account data through a form. The surrounding BRM website includes a newsletter form and a cookie banner; those website features are separate from Marge’s Google connections. The website host may process request logs, cookies and information submitted through those separate forms under the website’s own configuration. Material changes to Marge’s data use or permissions must be reflected in this policy and reviewed before those features are enabled.
